About 318 Outreach
318 Outreach has brought together a team of servant leaders who are ready to go into the broken places of our city. The 318 team serves primarily South Dallas and the surrounding areas to provide basic food and necessities to one of Dallas’s most economically challenged areas.

Founder, Earl Fitzsimmons battled with addiction until through Alcoholics Anonymous, he is victoriously sober since October 31st, 2006. Earl integrates principles of the successful 12-step program into his outreach and coaching.
Earl has over 25 years experience working in the field of coaching and human relationships. He helps men, no matter their current state in life, understand they have a purpose and a role to play in life that is needed. He has also dedicated his life to serving the homeless and low income families in South Dallas. Through food, clothing, recovery programs, and prayer, Earl empowers and equips others in seemingly hopeless situations to achieve the impossible.
Maria Fitzsimmons
Volunteer Coordinator
Maria Luisa Fitzsimmons was born in Mexico and came to the United States as a child and grew up in South Texas. She has experienced great loss in her own personal life and her spirit to serve and overcome is part of what drives her servant heart. She has been an interior designer and consultant for more than 25 years and has been writing since she was a young girl.
Always the servant, Maria could be found feeding the homeless all throughout her journey until she arrived at 318 Outreach when she married founder, Earl Fitzsimmons. They now serve together, Maria overseeing the volunteers and coordinating needs for outreach events.
