Founder, Earl Fitzsimmons, battled with addiction until through Alcoholics Anonymous, he is victoriously sober since October 31st, 2006. Earl integrates principles of the successful 12-step program into his outreach and coaching.
Earl has over 25 years experience working in the field of coaching and human relationships. He helps men, no matter their current state in life, understand they have a purpose and a role to play in life that is needed. He has also dedicated his life to serving the homeless and low income families in South Dallas. Through food, clothing, and recovery programs, Earl empowers and equips others in seemingly hopeless situations to achieve the impossible.
